Did you know America as a nation consumes 80% of the worlds prescription drugs?

Yea, its that bad.

Did you also know that America and New Zealand are the only 2 countries that allow direct to consumer advertising for prescription drugs? No wonder the pharmaceutical industry  spent 900 million in the last decade lobbying congress. Pills are also twice expensive here then anywhere else in the world on average.

Its come to the point where I’ve see girls in college popping 3-4 pills a day without even thinking anything of it. At such a young age unless your dying, there is no reason in my opinion to pop anything. These weren’t for recreational use either, these pills were prescribe. How about the 30 year old men and women that take 5 pills a day for so many reasons they don’t even know what they all are for? Doctors are even being gifted by these big companies for selling specific drugs like they are car salesman! Its truly gotten out of hand and all this bad food making people sick is not helping this cause either.

We need to wakeup and see these big billion dollar corporations do not have our best interest in mind except to keep us popping pills. They have even compromised some doctors which throws everything in a dangerously sick money grabbing loop, literally. Your body can heal itself of many things without the need of a pill for every ache and pain. Sleep, rest and water goes a long way people. With Americans getting unhealthier every year, which means more will turn to prescription drugs,  i only see this getting worse until we wakeup as a nation and make it better.
