This is for all the women that hate working out, complaining that it hurts to much or that it takes too much time. Now they have a reason too step into the gym… a very pleasurable reason. Recent study’s and surveys show that working out a constant basis may bring constant orgasms depending on the type of workouts your doing:
Here are some of the workouts that triggered the most orgasms:
- Abdominal exercises have the most frequently triggered orgasms at 51.4 percent
- Weight lifting (26.5 percent)
- Doing yoga (20 percent)
- Bicycling (15.8 percent)
- Running (13.2 percent)
- Walking/hiking (9.6 percent)
Their are some other workouts that cause orgasms but these are the main ones listed in the study and most of the women in the study had these orgasms on MULTIPLE occasions. One of the Doctors of the study says this is nothing new but it just wasn’t talked about before. 1/5 of the women that had the orgasms could not control them and they were also not thinking about anything sexual when they happened.
Well now the cat is out the bag, for you women that cant stay out of the gym, we now know why!
This might be the sole reason a bunch of your start working out but at least you will be doing an activity.
